Traveled to Candi Abang

The natural beauty of Yogyakarta is never-ending to be explored, there are always beautiful places and cool that must to visit. There are many types of tourism in the province, to enthusiasts of historical attractions in the city of Yogyakarta is a paradise places such as Fort Verdeburg history, the Palace, Castle and others. For lovers of nature tourism success of the Gunung Kidul District, Bantul, Sleman and Kulon Progo is a paradise for outdoor activities such as mountains, caves, waterfalls, beaches. This time I will tell you my experience visiting the temple is different from most temples in general, namely Candi Abang. The temple is located in the village Jogotirto, Berbah subdistrict, Sleman regency, Yogyakarta, has unique characteristics that are different from the form of the temple in general. Candi Abang formed from rocks red, but because it has been buried in the ground, the surface of the temple is covered by green grass growing on it that makes the basic form of the temple Abang is not seen clearly, so that it can be seen is a pile of rocks covered rereumputan green such as hill Teletubis To take into attraction Candi Abang is not easy, this is because Candi Abang is not as popular as other temples in Yogyakarta such as Prambanan, Ratu Boko Temple, Candi Ijo, Plaosan, Kalasan, Sambisari, being very close to traffic lane Yogyakarta and Central Java provinces. Long story short, I left home after school along with three of my friends. We set off on a motorbike. After taking about 1 hour drive we arrived at the location. Candi Abang still managed independently by local people, we are here just asked to pay Rp 2,000.00 parking. Before arriving at the temple we have to take a path that is steep enough to get up the hill. Not long journey which is about 15 minutes we were able to reach the location. Due to the location of Abang temple is located on a hill, and along the eye can see, sprawling beauty of the rice terraces which can be enjoyed from the top of the temple. Even Mount Merapi view can also be enjoyed from this place. And when the sunny days, we can enjoy the beautiful panorama of the sunset from the top of this place. Unfortunately we do not come at the right time because at that time we came in the afternoon, if the weather is very hot during the day. Many visitors who come during the morning or afternoon just to see the sun rise and set. We took time to take pictures for a while after that we rushed home.
